Kellie Armstrong

Human Resources Manager

Kellie graduated in 1980 from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She then worked and traveled in Australia for a year and returned to Vancouver to get married. She worked at BC Hydro for 3 years and joined Access Community Therapists in 1991. She started off part-time while raising her 2 children and now works in administration and is responsible HR Management. She enjoys running in Pacific Spirit Park, gardening , travel and starring in the annual Access New Years skit.


Nicole Armstrong

Business Manager, Director

Nicole has been with Access Therapists since 2016. Nicole is responsible for accounting, contract & database management and the administration team. She graduated from the University of Victoria with a degree in 21st century history and politics. In her free time, Nicole can be found studying up on pop culture and walking her Golden Retriever, Ellie


Julie Gross

Wound Care Program Coordinator

Julie graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology with a diploma in Tourism & Marketing Management in 2020 and has been working with the Access team in various admin roles for over a year. Julie now supports the Wound Care team as the Program Coordinator, from booking and coordinating inter-provincial travel, scheduling clients, invoicing, editing reports, managing client files and handling any incoming referrals and enquiries. In her free time she loves to play frisbee golf and learn new vegetarian recipes.


Elena Kudelsky

Referral Coordinator

Elena graduated from the University of British Columbia with a bachelor of Kinesiology in 2022. Following graduation, Elena joined the access team and is responsible for coordinating referrals, scheduling of med-legal assessments, invoicing, managing client files, and editing reports. Elena is passionate about rehabilitation and hopes to pursue a career within the health field. In her free time, you can find Elena doing Pilates, enjoying a long walk beside the water, or tracking down Vancouver’s best café.


Stephanie Singh

Administrative Assistant and Bookkeeper

Stephanie graduated from the University of South Pacific in Fiji with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Information Systems in 2018. Following graduation, she worked for 4 years as an Accountant prior to moving to Canada for further studies. She is currently pursuing a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Accounting at Douglas College in New Westminster whilst working part-time at Access Community Therapists. Stephanie is responsible for invoicing and helps with any other admin tasks as required. She is passionate about numbers and hopes to pursue a career in the accounting field. In her free time, you can find Stephanie shopping, exploring the city, or bingeing shows.
